International Talent Partnership is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join a dynamic team in North Carolina. As a leading full-service mechanical contractor, we specialize in delivering high-quality HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
The Senior Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in the mechanical contracting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple mechanical construction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Planning & Coordination: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Contract Administration: Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company and industry standards, addressing any quality or performance issues promptly.
- Safety Oversight: Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns proactively.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience in the mechanical contracting industry, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
